NOTICE CONCERNING THE EXAMINATION OF ASSESSMENT INVENTORY
AND VALUATION DATA
(Pursuant to Real Property Tax Law section 501)
Notice is hereby given that assessment inventory and valuation data is available for examination and review. This data is the information that will be used to establish the assessment of each parcel, which will appear on the Tentative Assessment Roll for the Town of Austerlitz which will be filed on or before May 1, 2025. The information may be reviewed by appointment in the Assessor’s office at 816 Route 203, Spencertown, NY 12165 on, March 11th and 18th between the hours of 8:00AM and 12 Noon. An appointment may be made to review the assessment information by telephoning the Assessor’s office at

AUSTERLITZ FIRE DISTRICT #1 PUBLIC NOTICE 1/22/25
Please take notice that the Austerlitz Fire District of the town of Austerlitz, County of Columbia, New York, will hold its regular meetings for the year 2025 on the third Tuesday of each month, with the exception of February, which will be held on the second Tuesday, all at 6:30 p.m. at the Spencertown Fire Company, One Memorial Drive, Spencertown NY.
All meetings of the Austerlitz Fire District are open to the public. February 11th, March 18th, April 15th, May 20th, June 17th, July 15th, August 19th, September 16th, October 21st, November 18th, December 16th. The Organizational and Regular January 2026 meetings have been scheduled for
January 13th, 2026 at 6:30pm.
The Register Star and Times Union have been designated the official newspapers.
