The Town Board is looking for a Planning Board Member to fill a term that will run until December 31, 2029. Annual training is required and you will be expected to attend monthly Planning Board meetings held the first Thursday of each month and any special meetings called. PLANNING BOARD MEETINGS
1st Thursday each month, 7:00 pm
Austerlitz Town Hall
The Planning Board consists of five members appointed by the Town Board. The Planning Board reviews applications for boundary line adjustments, land subdivisions, non-residential site plans, special use permits, and ground mounted solar installations plans. The Board meets the first Thursday of the month at Town Hall, 816 Route 203, Austerlitz, at 7:00 p.m.
All fees, applications and maps must be submitted 10 days before the meeting, in both hard copy and electronically.
