ASSESSMENT ROLL AND GRIEVANCE INFORMATION

Pursuant to Sections 506 and 526 of the Real Property Tax Law:

1. Notice is hereby given that the Tentative Assessment Roll for the Town of Austerlitz, NY, is completed, and a copy thereof may be seen at Austerlitz Town Hall located at 812 Rte. 203, Spencertown, NY. until May 27th , 2026.

2. Notice is hereby given that the Assessor will be available for the Tentative Roll from May 1 st to May 19 th on Tuesdays from 8AM-12 noon and by phone 518-929-3845 and by email assessor@austerlitzny.com .

3. Notice is hereby given that the Board of Assessment Review for the Town of Austerlitz will meet to hear and examine all properly filed complaints in relation to assessments of Real Property at 812 Rte. 203 Spencertown, NY on May 27, 2026, during the hours of 4:00PM-8:00PM.
