NOTICE CONCERNING THE
EXAMINATION OF ASSESSMENT INVENTORY
AND VALUATION DATA (Pursuant to Real Property Tax Law section 501)

Notice is hereby given that assessment inventory and valuation data is available for examination and review.  This data is the information that will be used to establish the assessment of each parcel, which will appear on the Tentative Assessment Roll for the Town of Austerlitz which will be filed on or before May 1, 2025. The information may be reviewed by appointment in the Assessor’s office at 816 Route 203, Spencertown, NY 12165 on, March 11th and 18th between the hours of 8:00AM and 12 Noon.   
An appointment may be made to review the assessment information by telephoning the Assessor’s office at 518-929-3845.
